A new clinic in St. Joseph will focus on providing urgent mental health care. &nbsp;

Family Guidance Center is opening the doors of its Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center to serve those in need of immediate mental health care. &nbsp;

Family Guidance Center Co-CEO Kris Hannon says the clinic will treat anyone in the community, regardless of whether they have insurance or not.&nbsp;

"We will treat children five years and up, and adults all the way through the lifespan, whether you have insurance, no insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, to us it doesn't matter we want you to get the behavioral health help you need," Hannon tells KFEQ/St. Joseph Post. &nbsp;

"So, whether you're struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use, hearing voices, just feeling sad, going through a trauma, we want you to walk in and we will see you and help connect you to care."&nbsp;

Hannon says the clinic will provide help with the goal of getting people in and out quickly, so they do not have to wait for the care they need. &nbsp;

Hannon says this new center is an expansion of the services provided by Family Guidance.

"Because our goal at Family Guidance Center is that there is no wrong door to care and our goal is that when somebody comes in, when somebody says I need help today, we have got to be able to provide that help to them today," Hannon explains. "It can't be ok well I need help today and us telling them Well can you come back in a week or can you come back in three days."&nbsp;

The clinic is located at 4906 Frederick Avenue next to Larson's Heating and Air. Services are now open after the staff trained over the last several weeks. &nbsp;

Hannon says much like Mosaic's medical urgent care, this clinic will focus on providing care and cutting wait time.&nbsp;

"I've been to the local urgent care, I have an 11-year-old, so I frequent both of them because there's always an injury, so sometimes you go in and you're sitting there waiting for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, an hour, because they're busy," Hannon says. "We have staffed this so that we think we can get people in and out quickly and get their care needs met quickly."&nbsp;

Patients will be welcome into the urgent care center for a variety of mental health struggles.&nbsp;

Massive ranch is for sale for $16.7 million

LINCOLN — It’s a $16.7 million ranch story sure to stir some nostalgic memories in the Sandhills of Nebraska.

But even if you’re not from the area, a property called Dumbbell has got to pique curiosity.

The Dumbbell Ranch, which spans a 
whopping 15,500 acres, mostly in Cherry County, is attracting attention 
as it now is up for sale&nbsp; — poised to separate from the family that has 
owned it for more than a century.&nbsp;

The rationale behind that break may 
sound familiar: The younger generation has more pressing interests than 
to oversee the Hyannis area operation.&nbsp;

“They don’t want to ranch, and I’m 
really grateful they were honest with me,” Anne Anderson Bennett said of
 her daughters Margaret and Leatha, who are in their 20s.

Bennett’s only sibling, Gordon 
Anderson, is a “computer guru” who loves his life in Colorado. Their 
parents have passed. At 57, Bennett, divorced for 17 years, is preparing
 to get married again.

“It just really was the right time,” she said of selling.

A less common occurrence, says 
Valentine area broker Mark Johnson of Hall and Hall, is a place like the
 Dumbbell hitting the market.

Johnson, whose business is selling 
ranches, said the property stands out for various reasons, including a 
precious natural resource, water. It sits atop the Ogallala Aquifer, 
which creates shallow lakes and sub-irrigated meadows that he said are 
known to be the headwaters for the Middle Loup River.

“This one has a deeper stamp,” 
Johnson said, noting the ranch’s storied past, its artesian wells, 27 
windmills, eight solar wells, rangeland and watering sites for 
livestock.

He called the Dumbbell — historically
 a 900-head cow/calf operation that’s in the nation’s “top cow county”— 
one of the founding ranches of the Nebraska Sandhills.

Anne’s great-grandfather Gustaf Anderson, an orphaned Swedish immigrant, acquired the area in 1913.

As the history goes, pieced together 
from family and various other sources, the Dumbbell headquarters was 
established in 1887 by Dr. A.J. Plumer, who had hoped the railroad would
 be built through the valley.

He and his wife, Anna, a nurse, constructed a “white mansion” structure to serve as a maternity hospital.&nbsp;

Lore has it that Plumer accidentally 
slammed a hammer on his thumb while building the hospital, exclaiming 
“Only a dumbbell would do that.”

Plumer expanded a cattle operation 
before moving and selling the ranch in 1906. In 1913, Gustaf Anderson 
became sole owner of a property that would grow to about 52,000 acres.

Anderson would make the trip from Red
 Oak, Iowa, to the Dumbbell Ranch at least a dozen times a year by train
 or vehicle —&nbsp; a trip that each generation of Andersons has made over 
the decades.

Three children of Gustaf and his 
wife, Janie, later split the ranch into sections and called them 
Pitchfork, 3 Circles and Dumbbell.&nbsp;

Son Gordon got the Dumbbell and eventually passed it to son Gerald, who then left it to Anne and her brother.

Anne said she has worked the past 
three decades with her dad on the business, traveling as often as she 
could to the ranch. “We love it so much, we’ve been able to make it 
work.”

She lauded the lineup of managers who
 over the generations lived at the site, maintained the operation and 
became engaged in the community.&nbsp;

“They are the ones that live there and have boots on the ground,” she said.

Her dad died in 2016; her mom passed in 2021.

The ranch has received local suitors, as well as interest and visitors from other states, since Johnson<a target="_blank" href="https://hallhall.com/property-for-sale/nebraska/dumbbell-ranch/a095d00002U10JQ/"> started marketing</a> it about a week ago, he said.

Anne said her family is proud to have
 diversified the operation, which includes the Flying A Cattle Company, 
without forsaking the native rangeland. The family feels blessed, she 
said, to “be a small part of the unique Sandhills ecosystem and 
community.”

“It’s dear to our hearts,” said Anne. “We love the Sandhills. Our family loves ranching. It’s time to move on.”

‘Dumbbell’ in Nebraska Sandhills gains spotlight with sheer size, storied past

St. Joseph voters will decide Tuesday whether sales of
recreational marijuana will be taxed in St. Joseph.

City Manager Bryan Carter says the city council at first
passed on asking voters to impose the tax, but changed its mind after receiving
additional information.

“That decision was made when we figured out that there were about
60 other communities, at least 60 other communities, that were running a tax in
April,” Carter tells host Barry Birr on the KFEQ Hotline. “Plus, we were kind
of in the midst of dealing with all the other changes we have to make related
to marijuana.”

Carter says the city has had to make changes in its zoning
code, criminal code, and employment policy with the legalization of marijuana
in Missouri.

Carter says a number of factors made the city council hesitant
to ask voters to approve a tax on recreational marijuana. The city manager says
councilmembers worried voters would experience tax fatigue that could
negatively affect future tax hike requests.

Then, councilmembers received more information and changed
their minds.

“And frankly, as we begin to realize that we don’t know what
the world of legalized marijuana is going to bring to us,” Carter says. “We don’t
know what new expenses it will bring to us. We decided that all of those
factors really kind of overrode the fact that we had a couple of other taxes
that were running close in time.”

The city likely will soon ask voters to extend the Capital
Improvement Program, or CIP, tax.

Carter says the city cannot be sure how much a three-percent
tax on marijuana sales would generate.

“Ordinarily, when we run a tax we can say, this is what the
outcome of this tax will be, this is an intended use of the money,” according
to Carter. “We just can’t do that. There’s not a good historical data tracking
for marijuana sales.”

St. Joseph receives between $13o-to-155,000 a year on the
sales to medical marijuana.

If voters approve the tax, it will go into effect sometime in
the third quarter of the year.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Harley Davidson&nbsp; driven by Douglas W. Brown, 63, Savannah, was northbound on U.S. 169 at the Buchanan County line.

The driver lost control of the motorcycle while attempting to decelerate abruptly. He was ejected and and landed in the northbound lane of the highway.&nbsp; The motorcycle came to rest off the east side of the highway.

Andrew County EMS transported Brown to Mosaic Life Care. He was wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.

HOLT COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 3p.m. Sunday in Holt County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2022 Dodge 3500 driven by Clark W. Rogers, 66, Prairie Village, Kan. was westbound on MO 118 at Hager Drive five miles west of Mount City.

The pickup traveled off the north side of the road, struck a stop sign and traveled down embankmant.

Atchison-Holt ambulance transported Rogers to Fairfax Hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.

3 from St. Joe hospitalized after SUV rollover accident

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Chevy Cruze driven by Isaiah J. Fajardo, 19, Laquey, was northeast bound on 344th Street at Keystone Road three miles south of Osborn.

The driver lost control of the car while attempting a right turn. The car slid off the road. A private vehicle transported a 16-year-old female passenger to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Fajardo was not injured. Both were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.

The driver failed to yield and turned in front of a 2002 Chrysler Sebring driven by Jo Deann Norton, 54, Gallatin.&nbsp; After the crash, the vehicles came to rest on their wheels blocking the road.

Daviess Co. EMS transported Norton to Liberty Hospital. Jensen was not injured. The MSHP had incomplete seat belt usage information.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Ford Focus driven by Zemriya C. Bright, 23, Jefferson City, was northbound on MO 13 two miles south of Polo.

The driver lost control of the car. It slid into the southbound lane and struck a 1999 Dodge 1500 driven by Derrick M. Stith. 30,&nbsp; Hamilton.&nbsp;

Bright and a passenger identified as Ezra J. Schneiders, 23, Jefferson City, were pronounced dead at the scene and transported to the Jackson Co. Medical Examiner's office.&nbsp; Stith was not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.

The Kansas City Chiefs have extended their agreement with Missouri Western State University to make St. Joseph the home of Chiefs Training Camp&nbsp;through the 2024 season.

“We are thrilled to announce that we will return to Missouri Western State University and the St. Joseph community for another two years,” Chiefs President Mark Donovan said. “Missouri Western and St. Joseph have warmly hosted our team and fans for the past 13 years – a welcome start to the NFL season.

"I want to thank President Dr. Elizabeth Kennedy and Director of Athletics Andy Carter for their leadership throughout this process, and we look forward to starting our 2023 season at Missouri Western again this summer.”

“We’re thrilled to have the Super Bowl Champions back on campus and look forward to providing a top-notch experience to the team and their fans as they prepare for another successful season," University president Elizabeth Kennedy said. "We’re grateful to the Chiefs for making us their summer training camp home and to the St. Joseph community for embracing the team and its fans.”

The Chiefs have held training camp on the Missouri Western campus every year since 2010 (excluding 2020 due to Covid-19). This will mark the 13th year of training camp at Missouri Western in St. Joseph.

Chiefs announce extension of training camp in St. Joseph through 2024 season

The Senate passed the Congressional Review Act joint resolution of disapproval that overturns the Biden Administration’s Waters of the United States Rule by a 53-43 vote. 

Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.VA.), ranking member of the Environment and Public Works Committee, introduced the resolution in February. 

The administration introduced a new rule in December 2022 that repealed the Navigable Waters Protection Rule and changed the definition of WOTUS in a way that will significantly expand regulatory authority. 

“By voting to overturn the president’s waters rule, we are sending a clear, bipartisan message that Congress, even a divided one, will defend working Americans in the face of executive overreach,” Capito says. 

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association commended the Senate for passing the resolution. “The president now has a choice: sign the resolution and pull back the rule or turn his back on rural America,” says NCBA President Todd Wilkinson of South Dakota.

Senate passes resolution overturning Biden Administration’s WOTUS rule

A $1.5 million grant will help Second Harvest Community Food Bank expand its services in St. Joseph and its 19-county service region. &nbsp;

Second Harvest CEO Chad Higdon says he's excited to see the buy in from the state to the services they are providing at the food bank.&nbsp;

"We know there's a lot more work to do but this really is going to further our mission, especially with the volume of produce that we've distributed in the last several years," Higdon tells reporters. "It's really kind of changed our distribution methods and really this is going to help support our future vision for the food bank."&nbsp;

Higdon says currently his staff is still reviewing how best to use the remaining funds from the grant and that there is no timeline on when this project could begin.&nbsp;

Second Harvest will use the funds to expand its cold storage unit to be able to store more fruits, vegetables, and proteins. &nbsp;

CEO Chad Higdon says the way Feeding America distributes fruits and vegetables has changed quite a bit from the way it was when he started &nbsp;

"What's happened since then is Feeding America started these produce mixing centers, and it's really allowed us working with food banks in Minneapolis and Indianapolis to source mixed truckloads of produce," Higdon explains. "And so, it's really changed the nature of the type of foods we distribute."&nbsp;

"So. this expansion's really going to help us better facilitate and keep the food fresher longer."&nbsp;

Higdon says funds will also be used to add an expanded loading dock area to provide faster loading times and also a safer work environment moving loading away from the workspace area. &nbsp;

Second Harvest serves a 19-county region throughout northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas. &nbsp;

"Our shelves, the food that we actually have to get out isn't going as far, we've had to reduce some distributions, and really that transition to produce helps because it is more affordable for us to source larger volumes of product and it helps us reach more families," Higdon says. "And so that's kind of the direction we're headed and really justifies a lot of this project."&nbsp;

A new poll shows overwhelming support among voters for year-round access to E15 across the country. 

With retail gas prices still high, almost 70 percent of poll respondents support increasing the availability of E15 to help lower fuel prices and support energy independence. 

Only 13 percent of those surveyed said they didn’t support expanded E15 availability. 

Meanwhile, 62 percent support recently introduced bipartisan legislation that would allow the lower-carbon E15 blend to be sold year-round nationwide. 

“We’re pleased but not surprised,” says Geoff Cooper, President and CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association. “Drivers continue to embrace an American-made fuel that’s more affordable and lower in carbon emissions.” 

Last summer, E15 sold for 20 to 30 cents a gallon cheaper than regular gasoline. Those savings will disappear on June 1 unless Washington takes action. “They need to act quickly to make sure lower-cost E15 is available through the summer driving season,” Cooper adds. &nbsp;

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has met with local law
enforcement, introducing himself and asking how his office can help.

Bailey says he wants to be available to local law enforcement
in addressing issues specific to their area.

“It’s important for me as Attorney General to explain where
the Attorney General fits within the criminal justice system and some of the
resources that are available to deploy in the fight against violent crime,” Bailey
tells KFEQ/St. Joseph Post in a phone interview. “We just want to demonstrate
where we fit in the system and try to find ways to better assist local partners
who are enforcing state law.”

One way the state Attorney General helps local law enforcement
is enshrined in Missouri statute. The AG office is required by state law to
handle all felony appeals.

“After the police catch the bad guy and the prosecutor locks
them up, we then spend the next five, 10, 15 years making sure they stay locked
up by defending the work that your local law enforcement and your county prosecutor
did on appeal,” Bailey says.

Bailey says his experience gives him the perspective needed to
help local law enforcement. Bailey served as a prosecutor in Warren County.

“I understand what the world looks like from their perspective
and I understand what we need to do, some of the ways that we can assist with
that local effort, and I want to come find out more about how we can better
partner with local officials,” Bailey says.

Among those attending was Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney
Michelle Davidson, who says that experience in Warren County gives Bailey a
perspective needed when discussing issues and challenges with local officials.

“He wanted to put that to use and see if there is any ways
that he could assist us or hear from us,” Davidson tells KFEQ/St. Joseph Post.

Davidson says prosecutors attending the meeting asks if the
Attorney General’s office could help with storing the growing amount of body
cam and dash cam footage local law enforcement now must maintain.

“The time that’s required to download the media and ways to
come up with a way to store it in the cloud, to have access to it for multiple
parties, but yet keep it so that it’s secure.”

Buchanan County Sheriff Bill Puett also attended the meeting.

“The fact that he reached out and was interested in meeting
with us and getting our ideas I think speaks highly of him and is a very good
start to his time in office,” Davidson says.

Bailey served as General Counsel to Gov. Mike Parson before
the governor appointed him Attorney General to succeed Eric Schmitt who won
election to the U.S. Senate.

Bailey was sworn in as the 44th Missouri Attorney
General on January 3rd.

Attorney General travels to area to meet with local law enforcement

BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged school threat at a Kansas middle school.

Brown County Sheriff John Merchant reported he received calls expressing concern about the alleged threat involving&nbsp; a student at the Everest Middle School,&nbsp;221 South 7th, Everest, Kansas, that occurred Wednesday. 

When the potential threat was discovered, school personnel immediately&nbsp; acted and involved law enforcement who were on scene very quickly.&nbsp; An investigation was launched, and the juvenile involved was taken into custody swiftly and without incident.

&nbsp;The Brown County investigators forwarded a report to the Brown County Attorney, who was actively involved with the sheriff's office in this matter and was consulted during the investigation and detention of the suspect, according to Merchant.

Formal charges have been filed in Brown County Juvenile Court against the suspect involved. "Rumors about the incident have reportedly spread through the community," according to Merchant.&nbsp; They are simply not true.

The sheriff also commended USD 430 on their commitment to keeping students and staff safe.&nbsp;

Sheriff: 1 in custody after alleged threat at Kan. middle school

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — Republicans on Thursday voted to ban diversity spending in the government of Missouri, a state known internationally for racial justice protests in Ferguson and the University of Missouri.

Democratic state Rep. David Tyson Smith, who represents the city that's home to the University of Missouri's flagship campus, warned of a threat of unrest if lawmakers do not "rein this divisiveness in."

"I'm not advocating violence, of course. I'm not condoning any of that. But we are going to reach a point in our country where we cannot go backwards," Smith told colleagues on the House floor.

Smith represents the college city of Columbia, home to the University of Missouri's flagship campus. Racial justice protests at the school — including a hunger strike and the football team threatening to not play — led to the resignation of the university system's president and the reassignment of its provost in 2015.

The year before Michael Brown, a Black teenager, was fatally shot by a white officer in the St. Louis County town of Ferguson, Missouri, prompting months of sometimes violent protests. Though the officer was not charged, investigations showed how Black drivers in the region were more likely to be pulled over for traffic stops and victimized by debilitating fines and court fees.

State lawmakers on Thursday voted along mostly party lines in favor of a proposed $45 billion state budget that blocks funding for staff, vendors, consultants and programs "associated with diversity, equity (and) inclusion" throughout state government and public colleges and universities.

The prohibitions also apply to initiatives that promote "collective guilt," "the concept that disparities are necessarily tied to oppression" and "intersectional or divisive identity activism," among other concepts.

Supporters of the spending restrictions face a wall in the GOP-led Senate, where the powerful Appropriations Committee chairman has said he plans to strip the language from the budget.

Rep. Doug Richey has led the push to prohibit diversity spending. He and other Republicans argued that modern concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion are Marxist and that talking about race is racist and divisive.

Democrats decried Richey's effort to limit diversity spending as racist and warned that adding the ban to the state budget will risk Missouri's funding for the federal health insurance program of Medicaid.

Richey said equality has existed since the adoption of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

"I envision a day where we celebrate what we have always been known for in western civilization," Richey said, "and that is: we respect the freedom and dignity of every single individual."

Rep. Raychel Proudie, a Democrat from Ferguson, called Richey's comments a "colonization" of Martin Luther King Jr's "I Have a Dream" speech. She said the effort to "justify racism is jaw dropping" and described how she is frequently called by a racial slur.

"Just imagine what it's like to be called that over and over and over again," Proudie said. "It hurts."

The budget now heads to the Senate for consideration. Lawmakers face a May 5 deadline to pass a budget.

Missouri House bans diversity funding; Senate likely to undo

Almost three-quarters of Americans say that not reauthorizing the farm bill in 2023 would have a significant impact on the country. 

The response comes from a new American Farm Bureau Federation poll that explores the public's awareness of the farm bill. 

The poll, conducted by Morning Consult, showed more than half of respondents said they would be more likely to support their member of Congress if they voted to reauthorize the farm bill. 

Nearly 70 percent of respondents also identified two areas of the farm bill as top priorities for government funding: risk management programs that serve as a safety net for farmers and nutrition programs that serve as a safety net for families facing hunger. 

A majority of adults agree that nutrition programs, 68 percent, and risk management, 67 percent, should be top priorities for government funding in the farm bill. Further, the survey found 89 percent of adults trust farmers.

Almost three-quarters of Americans say that not reauthorizing the farm bill in 2023 would have a significant impact on the country. The response comes from a new American Farm Bureau Federation poll that explores the public's awareness of the farm bill. The poll, conducted by Morning Consult, showed more than half of respondents said they would be more likely to support their member of Congress if they voted to reauthorize the farm bill. Nearly 70 percent of respondents also identified two areas of the farm bill as top priorities for government funding: risk management programs that serve as a safety net for farmers and nutrition programs that serve as a safety net for families facing hunger. A majority of adults agree that nutrition programs, 68 percent, and risk management, 67 percent, should be top priorities for government funding in the farm bill. Further, the survey found 89 percent of adults trust farmers.

According to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson, a 2017 Nissan Altima driven by Meagan Sipes, 33, Atchison, was northbound on 7th Street and was attempting to turn west onto Atchison Street. A southbound 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Nicholas Mullins, 36, Atchison, and the Nissan collided.

EMS treated Mullins at the scene for an injury to his leg.&nbsp; He was not transported. Sipes was cited for failure to yield, driving in violation of restrictions, and no vehicle insurance.

Kansas man injured after motorcycle, car accident

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack this week expressed support for their Promoting Agriculture Safeguards and Security, or PASS Act. 

The legislation would ensure USDA is fully involved in reviewing foreign acquisition of American agricultural land and companies, specifically targeting China. 

Vilsack responded to Representative Rick Crawford's question during a House Agriculture Committee hearing regarding the role of a USDA Secretary on the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States. 

Vilsack says, “Being a permanent member would allow us to educate the other members of CFIUS in the United States what to look for and what to be sensitive to when it comes to agriculture and agricultural production.” 

Crawford, an Arkansas Republican, responded, “It’s time to be proactive in addressing these threats to our food supply and to our producers.” Representative Elise Stefanik, a New York Republican, adds the legislation "takes critical steps to ensure we do not concede any ownership of our food supply to those actively working against our security interests."

Lawmakers welcome Vilsack support of PASS Act

Eight candidates for St. Joseph School Board discussed a
variety of issues during a candidate forum sponsored by the St. Joseph Chamber
of Commerce.

The Chamber event drew a packed audience to the Stoney Creek
Hotel and Conference Center and a live radio audience on KFEQ as well as a
streaming audience on St. Joseph Post.

In opening statements, the candidates gave their background
and reasons for their candidacy.

Harold Barr, Jr. is a professional engineer and land surveyor.

“I have worked in other cities, but I’ve always called St. Joe
home,” Barr said.

Amanda Cook is an assistant coach for the Central High School swim
team and calls herself an advocate for teachers.

“I really feel like we as a community need to come together
with them and help support them so that they can feel valued so that they can
continue to give our children their best abilities,” Cook stated.

and private schools.“I served 30 years as the president and vice president on the
national speech and debate association which is a group that oversees about
5,000 high schools in the United States,” Crabtree said.Rick Gehring is a salesman counting on his experience.“I have served on the board of education before, back in 2020
and 21,” Gehring said. “I understand what it takes to make the tough decisions.
They require a lot of forethought. Sometimes they’re not the most popular
decision.”Brad Huett is with the Buchanan County EMS.“I’m running for the board from a parent perspective to be
more involved in my child’s education as I’ve done what I feel I can do to the
maximum on the parent side so this is a way for me to get further involved and
to educate myself from behind the scenes and to make a difference and be a voice
for the parents,” Huett said.Jennifer Kerns has been a school PTA counselor who said she
has been involved with the community.“So, when I come to the table with the board my decisions are
based on student advocacy, obviously, parent engagement, and community
engagement,” according to Kerns.Whitney Lanning is executive director of St. Joseph Head
Start.“But the question I get more than any other is why, why, why
would you run for office, it’s so hard?” Lanning said. “But the answer for me is
very simple. I know the value of public education.”Brain Shewell is assistant general manager and part-owner of
Pizza Ranch.“The three areas that I am running for is the early learning initiatives,
behaviors in mental health, and then the recruitment and retaining of the quality
teachers that we have,” Shewell said.Jonathon Bell remains on the ballot, but did not participate
in the forum.St. Joseph School District voters will go to the polls next
Tuesday, April 4th, to choose two candidates to fill two open seats
