ATCHISON COUNTY—A Kansas man accused of theft in January is back in jail for the third time in as many months.
On Wednesday, police arrested 34-year-old Thomas C. Jones of Atchison, on a District Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In January, he spent time in the Atchison County Jail for alleged theft and for a bond violation in March, according to online jail records. He was also jailed for skipping court in April.
