ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect who is in custody Atchison.
On Wednesday, police arrested 42-year-old Shalamar A. Allen, of Minneapolis Minnesota, on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He remains in custody on a $750 bond, according to online jail records.
