WASHINGTON— Vice President Kamala Harris has secured enough Democratic delegates to become her party’s nominee, according to her campaign. She said in a statement that she is looking forward to formally accepting the nomination while also making her case against a second Donald Trump presidency.
The Democrat convention is next month in Chicago.
