Missouri man accused of ID theft crimes in Kansas

RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for alleged identity theft crimes in Kansas.

Just before 6p.m. Jan. 16, police arrested 47-year-old Kahlil Kilian, 47, of Kansas City, Missouri, according to the Riley County Police De partment activity report.

He is being held on a $10,000 bond on requested charges that include three counts of forgery; making or altering a written instrument, three counts of identity theft, two counts of theft by deception, one count of attempted theft by deception and three counts of forgery; distributing or issuing written instrument. This arrest stems from an original report filed in March of 2023.
