
Kansas City—Authorities are investigating the cause an apartment fire in Kansas City.
Just after 7a.m. Saturday Kansas City Fire Department companies were dispatched to a reported fire in the 3700 block of Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri, according to Battalion Chief Riley Nolan.
On arrival, crews reported heavy smoke and fire showing from a 3-story apartment and initiated an offensive fire attack. Multiple hose lines were advanced into the structure to fight the fire.
Searches throughout the structure were performed and reported all clear. The fire was brought under control at 7:43 a.m.
No injuries have been reported from this incident .Dangerous Buildings and City Planning have been requested to the scene.
