HENRY COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 11p.m. Friday in Henry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Ford Taurus driven by Michael F. Smith, 39, Clinton, was northbound on Highway 13 just south of NW 950th Road.
The car traveled off the road, struck an embankment, rolled, struck a fence and utility pole. Smith was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Hadley Funeral Home in Clinton. The MSHP reported no seat belt usage information.
