SPRINGFIELD —Arukia Ganis was safely located, according to police in Springfield. Frank Ganis and Arisha Caldwell were taken into custody.

SPRINGFIELD—The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert. Police are looking for a Silver&nbsp;2000 Mercedes SUV with Vermont License HFL245. The child was taken by her non custodial parents at a supervised visit, according to the MSHP.
