3 accused of THC possession after Kansas traffic stop

JACKSON COUNTY, Kan.—Law enforcement are investigating three suspect on multiple allegations

Just after 5:30p.m May 29, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Fusion on 94th Road and Deer Trail Road in rural Jackson County, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Deputies located items believed to be illegal drug contraband. Lasha Dupree Williams Sr., 46, of Topeka was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on a requested charge of violation of a protection order, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Abbygail Elizabeth Council, 36, of Topeka, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeannette Lea Henry, 27, of Topeka, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of opiate, opium narcotics or certain stimulant, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
