POLK COUNTY—A 9-year-old boy died and three other people were injured in an accident just after 2:30p.m. Sunday in Polk County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol 2007 GMC Yukon driven by Faith L. Ryan, 29, Flemington, was westbound on East 330th Road three miles south of Humansville.
The SUV traveled off the road and overturned.
A 9-year-old Flemington boy was pronounced dead. EMS transported Ryan to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar. A private vehicle transported a 2-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl to Citizens Memorial for treatment of minor injuries. The MSHP had incomplete seat belt usage information.
