LIVINGSTON COUNTY—Four Missouri teens were injured in an accident just before 7:30p.m. Sunday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Chevy Tahoe driven by a 16-year-old Chillicothe boy was eastbound on LIV 256 two miles west of Chillicothe.
The SUV began sliding on gravel. The vehicle traveled off the south side of the road, overturned and the driver was ejected.
The teen driver was air-lifted to Children's Mercy. Chillicothe EMS transported a 13-year-old girl from Chillicothe to Hedrick Medical Center.
A private vehicle transported two other passengers, a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old both of Chillicothe for treatment. The MSHP did not report where they were taken. The driver and passengers were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
