ST. CLAIR —A Missouri teen died in an accident just after noon Monday in St. Clair County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1999 Olds Alero driven by a 16-year-old Osceola boy was eastbound on MO 82 just east of NE 775 Road two miles east of Osceola.
The car traveled off the right side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The car crossed the center of the road and overturned.
The teen was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Sheldon Funeral Home. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
