A 30-year-old St. Joseph man is charged with felony assault in the shooting and wounding of a St. Joseph man Saturday night.
The St. Joseph Police Department reports Derius Davis has been charged in connection with the shooting and wounding of 37-year-old Jonathan Ross, who is listed in critical condition.
The department reports officers responded to a shooting in the parking lot at 720 Jules Street just before 10 o’clock Saturday night.
The investigation continues.
