CEDAR COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just before 3:30p.m. Friday in Cedar County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Pontiac Vibe driven by Teri L. Hamilton, 65, El Dorado Springs, was westbound on U.S. 54 two miles east of El Dorado Springs.
The car traveled off the right side of the road, went airborne, struck an embankment and rolled on its top into a creek.
EMS transported Hamilton to Cedar County Hospital where she was pronounced dead. EMS transported a passenger Bobby M. Hamilton, 65, El Dorado Springs, to Citizen's Hospital in Bolivar where he was pronounce dead. Both were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
