Sheriff: Kansas man accused of selling meth

OSAGE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after a traffic stop.

Just after 2:30p.m. November 18, a Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 75 Highway for a traffic violation, according to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located.

Daniel L. Bigenwalt, 59, of Topeka was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Possession of marijuana, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Driving while license suspended and an Osage County arrest warrant.
