MORGAN COUNTY —A juvenile died in an accident just after 3p.m. Saturday in Morgan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Jeep Wrangler driven by Larry A. Lunnin, 40, Rocky Mount, was southbound on Route W just south of Marvin Cuttoff.
The Jeep traveled off the road, struck a sign and overturned. A 4-year-old passenger from Rocky Mount was pronounced dead at the scene. "The boy was not properly restrained in an age appropriate child restraint."
Lunnin and a 7-year-old boy from Rocky Mount refused treatment.
