LAWRENCE COUNTY —One person died in an accident in Lawrence County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Pontiac Torrent driven by a 52-year-old Mount Vernon, Missouri woman was northbound at 1110 Farm Road two miles south of Hoberg.
The SUV traveled off the left side of the road, struck the ground and a tree. The driver, who was properly restrained, was pronounced dead at the scene. The exact time and date of crash is unknown, according to the MSHP.
