
JACKSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug allegations.
Just after 1a.m. April 28, a Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Mercury Grand Marquis near 150th and U.S. Highway 75 for an alleged traffic infraction, according to Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse.

The traffic stop ended as both the driver and the passenger were arrested. The driver identified as 59-year-old Rodger Daryl Baker and the passenger 59-year-old Colette Marie McKinnon both of Topeka were arrested booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
