CAMDEN COUNTY—A Missouri woman died in an accident just before 4:30p.m. Monday in Camden County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2010 GMC Sierra driven by Steven L. Vonderschmidt, 51, Linn Creek, was eastbound on U.S. 54 just west of Tangle Drive.
The pickup left the road, returned to the road, began to skid and crossed the center line in front of a westbound 2010 Ford F150 driven by Larry R. Graham, 75, Arcola. The Ford pickup struck the passenger side of the GMC pickup.
EMS transported the drivers and a passenger in the Ford identified as Susan C. Graham, 73, Arcola, to Lake Regional Regional Hospital where she died.
Vonderschmidt was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
