CALLAWAY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on child. porn allegations.
On Tuesday, investigators contacted 35-year-old Robert Wayne Stuart in Fulton as part of a child porn investigation, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
During the interview with investigators, Stuart admitted to having digital files containing child pornography on his phone. He agreed to allow investigators to search the phone. During the examination of the phone, investigators found photographs and a video of child porn.
Police arrested him and he was booked into the Callaway County Jail. On Wednesday, the county attorney formally charged Stuart with six counts of possessing child porn. He remains jailed on a $50,000 bond, according to the patrol
