A 40-year-old St. Joseph man has been hospitalized with several gunshot wounds after a late night shooting in the 1200 block of Mitchell Street.
The St. Joseph Police Department reports officers took a St. Joseph man into custody at the scene of the shooting. Police report a man driving a truck had been shot and wounded. The extent of the wounds has not been released. No identities have been released.
