Kan. man held on a $200,000 bond for alleged child sex crimes

RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating an alleged sex crime in Manhattan have made another arrest.

Just after 9:30a.m. August 25, police arrested Joshua Eugene Duncklee, 25, of Manhattan, in the 300 block of Hunter Place in Manhattan, according to the media release from the Riley County Police Deparement.

Duncklee is being held on a $200,000 bond on requested charges that include three counts of sexual exploitation of a child; promote performance of a child under the age of 18. This arrest stems from a report originally filed in February 2026.
