HICKORY COUNTY —One person died in an accident that occurred just before 11:50p.m. Thursday in Hickory County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy 1500 driven by a 17-year-old boy from Collins, Missouri was northbound on Highway AA at Highway 54 three miles east of Weaubleau.
The pickup traveled off the road, overturned and the driver was ejected.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene at 1a.m. Friday and transported to Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home in Osceola. The driver was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
