CAMDEN COUNTY—A man drowned at Lake of the Ozarks just after 6:30p.m. Thursday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Christopher McClain, 64, Lincolnshire, IL., did a backflip off a high dive of a deck and failed to resurface.
Just before 8:30p.m., the Lake Regional Medical Examiner pronounced him dead at the scene and he was transported to Hedges Funeral Home.
