WEBSTER COUNTY —Two people died in an accident just after 6:30a.m. Thursday in Webster County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Lexus ES300 driven by Estella N. Ellzey, 43, Stoutland, was westbound on Interstate 44 near route CC.
The car traveled off the right side of the road, struck a road sign, an embankment and rolled.
Ellzey and a passenger William R. Webster, 25, Stoutland, were pronounced dead at the scene and were transported to Fraker Funeral Home. They were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
