CALLAWAY COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 8p.m. Sunday in Callaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Chevy S-10 driven by a 61-year-old Maryland Heights man was westbound on Interstate 70 just east of the Route A / Route Z exit.
The pickup traveled off the right side of the road, rolled and the unrestrained driver was ejected. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
