KANSAS CITy —Law enforcement investigating another homicide in Kansas City have identified the victim as 48-year-old Stephonne M. Jones, according to KCPD Captain Jake Becchina.
Just after 10pm. Saturday, police were dispatched to the 5200 block of Euclid Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri on a reported sound of shots. While enroute the call was updated to a shooting. First responders located Jones suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and unresponsive. EMS responded to the scene and pronounced her deceased, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez. This incident is being investigated as a homicide and police have not identified a suspect.
