HOWELL COUNTY —ONe person died in an accident just before 2p.m. Thursday in Howell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a Can Am Outlander 1000R driven by a 30-year-old Dora man was southbound on County Road 7590 two miles south of Highway CC. The ATV left the road, struck an embankment and the driver was ejected.
He was pronounced deceased at Ozark Health Care. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
