KANSAS CITY– Missouri Department of Transportation staff along with several other project staff completed the blast of the middle arch of the existing previous structure of the Buck O’Neil Bridge on Tuesday.
Crews temporarily closed northbound U.S. 169 at 5th Street for completion of Tuesday's work. Click here for additional traffic closures due to the work on the bridge.
The third and final blast for the project is planned for May.
