RILEY COUNTY —Just before 9a.m. Wednesday, officers filed a report for criminal desecration in the 2000 block of Leavenworth Street in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
The City of Manhattan reported an unknown suspect knocked down and damaged 41 headstones at a cemetery. The total estimated loss associated with this case is approximately $16,400.
