U.S. Marshals help catch Kansas double-homicide suspect

WYANDOTTE COUNTY—A suspect in Saturday’s double-homicide in the 1600 block of Washington Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas has been arrested and charged, according to a statement from Kansas City, Kansas Police.

With the assistance of U.S. Marshals, 119-year-old Jimi L. St. Clair,  was taken into custody Wednesday in Kansas City, Missouri.

St. Clair, is currently being held in the Jackson County Jail awaiting extradition to Wyandotte County where he has been charged with two counts of second degree murder in the shooting deaths of  Victor Loza, 23, Bonner Springs and Tyler Wheeler, 26, of Kansas City, Kansas.

St. Clair has also been charged with one count of attempted second degree murder for the woman who was wounded in the shooting.
