GREENE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating
On August 12, Missouri State Highway Patrol investigators in Troop D arrested 56-year-old Charles Ragsdale of Springfield, according to a media release. Ragsdale is being held in Greene County on requested charges of stalking, harassment and violation of a protection order.
The requested charges were the result of a multi-day investigation, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control.
