COOPER COUNTY—A Missouri woman died in an accident just before 10a.m. Monday in Cooper County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Toyota Avalon driven by Nicole L. Wilson, 37, Kirksville, was eastbound on Route J just west of County Road Nelson Lane.
The car crossed the center line and struck a 2012 Ram 3500 driven by Jonathon D. Kuschel, 41, Tipton.
Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Howard Funeral Home.
MU Air Care transported a passenger in the car identified as Amanda Zingarelli, 41, Columbia, to University Hospital. Cooper County ambulance transported Kuschel to University Hospital. Zingarelli and Kuschel were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
