WYANDOTTE COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 9a.m. Sunday in Wyandotte County.
According to Kansas City, Kansas Police, a truck was southbound on College Parkway when it collided with a car, with three occupants that was crossing College Parkway from Delaware Drive.
The driver and one passenger from the car were taken to a nearby hospital, where the passenger, an adult female, died from her injuries.
The driver of the truck was treated at an area hospital for minor injuries, and is cooperating with the investigation. This incident is under investigation by the KCKPD Traffic Division.
