MARIES COUNTY —A Missouri man died in a boating accident just after 5p.m. Sunday in Maries County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 77-year-old Paul W. Becker of Crocker, Missouri fell overboard from 1993 Alum Weld boat on Rinquelin Trail Lake and didn't surface.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Dixon Ambulance transported Becker to Long Kloeppel Funeral Home. The boat driver identified as Jerome D. Frey, 57, Crocker, and Becker were not wearing life jackets, according to the MSHP.
