JOHNSON COUNTY— The Johnson County, Kansas Health Department reminded the public they need the community’s help to identify a man whose&nbsp;remains have been in the care of the Johnson County, KS, Medical Examiner's Office for three years.

He was found deceased in April 2023 near U.S. Highway 69 under the 103rd Sttreet overpass. He was about 5-foo-7 with a thin build and a tattoo on his left shoulder blade. Before his death, he told Overland Park Polic that his name was Alberto Gomez.
