TALLEDEGA COUNTY, AL —Law enforcement authorities investigating a double homicide in Junction City are reporting the arrest of Dontavion Wright, 18, Talladega, Alabama.

On May 7, police responded to the area of 800 West 11th Street in Junction City for a report of shots fired. They found Dillon Spencer, 21, and Aaron Villarreal, 19, both of Junction City dead of apparent gun shot wounds.

On Wednesday, police in Alabama arrested Wright on a Geary County District Court warrant charging him with two counts of First-Degree Murder, according to Junction City Police Captain Trish Giordano.

Wright had previously been identified by police in Junction City only as "J,"  a person of interest in the case, but has now been identified and is being held on a two-million dollar bond, according to Talladega County jail records pending extradition back to Geary County.
