Recently, a Sedgwick County Trooper stopped a vehicle on I-235 after observing a teenage passenger hanging outside the passenger side window, according to a social media report from the KHP.
The vehicle was driving at highway speeds at this time. What may have seemed like a joke or a social media trend, this could have ended in tragedy within seconds.
