Mo. woman accused of DWI after injured in violent car crash

NODAWAY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident and later arrested just before 6p.m. Tuesday in Nodaway  County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Chevy Malibu driven by Jennifer E. Osborn, 47, Ravenwood, was southbound on MO 46 just south of Bishop Street in Ravenwood.

The car traveled off the west side of the road and struck numerous mail boxes, a fire hydrant and overturned. The car came to rest on its top in the front yard of a home.

Osborn was arrested on requested charges of DWI drugs and operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident.

Nodaway County EMS then transported her to Mosaic in Maryville. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
