WASHINGTON —The investigation continues into the collision between an American Airlines passenger jet and an Army helicopter at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near Washington. The crash killed 67 people.  A Missouri U.S. Senator wants to see change immediately.

On his social media page, Senator Josh Hawley wrote, " I have not yet heard a good reason why military helicopters are doing training exercises in the same airspace as commercial airliners - at night and with peak congestion."

"I hope these exercises in Reagan airspace will be suspended indefinitely until the investigation is complete."
