LINN COUNTY —Three people were injured in an accident just before 2:30p.m. Monday in Linn County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Volvo semi driven by Brittni R. Underwood-Maclin, 26, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was eastbound on Kansas 152 at Ullery Road. The vehicle was traveling too fast for conditions, trying to negotiate a curve and overturned.
EMS transport Underwood-Maclin, a 7-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. The 7-year-old was not in a seat belt, according to the KHP.
