MORGAN COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 4p.m. Saturday in Morgan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Honda Talon 1000X4 driven by Jimmy D. Burrus, 51, Eldon, was southbound on private property near 23545 Seals Road.
The UTV rolled while attempting to climb a hill and struck multiple tree stumps before coming to rest against a tree. The driver was partially ejected.
Burrus was pronounced dead by a doctor with Lake Regional Medical Center and was transported to Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home.
