KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement authorities have an active arrest warrant for 24-year-old Samantha J. Thrasher for felony Assault 1st Degree relating to a May 20, shooting at a local hotel, according to the Blue Springs Police Department.

  During the incident, a 36-year-old man and 7-year-old child were shot.  Thrasher is considered armed and very dangerous, so do not attempt to apprehend but call 911 if you see her.
