TEXAS COUNTY—A Missouri woman dies just before 7:30a.m. Friday in Texas County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Ford Ranger driven by Penne L. Kinserlow, 53, Licking, was northbound pulling out of a private drive at U.S. 63 five miles north of Houston, Missouri.
The driver failed to yield and pulled into the path of a southbound Ford F250 driven by Robert L. Forester, 32, Licking. The vehicles collided head-on in the southbound lanes.
Kinserlow was pronounced dead at the scene. EMS transported Forester to Texas County Hospital. Kinserlow was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
