BARRY COUNTY—Two people died in an accident just after 8:30p.m. Wednesday in Barry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Ryan L. Wilson, 19, Cassville, was eastbound on MO 48 one mile east of Cassville.
The driver lost control of the motorcycle. The vehicle traveled off the road and struck an embankment. Wilson and a 14-year-old male passenger were ejected. The teen passenger from Cassville was pronounced deceased at the scene.
EMS transported Wilson to Mercy Hospital in Springfield where he died. The MSHP reported no additional details.
