
KANSAS CITY—Authorities are investigating the cause of a house fire in Kansas City.
Just before 3p.m. Tuesday, Kansas City Fire Department companies were dispatched to a reported fire in the 6700 block of North Liberty Street in Kansas City, Missouri, according to Battalion Chief Riley Nolan.
The first arriving company reported heavy smoke and fire showing from a 2-story house and initiated an offensive fire attack. Three hose lines were advanced into the structure to extinguish the fire, which was placed under just before 3:15p.m.
Searches were conducted throughout the structure and came back all clear. No injuries have been reported from this incident.
