Phyllis Jane Walls, 89, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026 at a local health care facility. She was born October 6, 1936 in St. Joseph. Phyllis devoted her love to children while Babysitting and working at Head Start. Phyllis was preceded in death her parents, Ray and Helen Frame, and several aunts and uncles. Survivors include: several cousins and friend, Karen Lauters.
Graveside Funeral Services and Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Ashland Cemetery. Pastor Dave Mejia, officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Noyes Home for Children.
