A 25-year-old St. Joseph woman has been shot and seriously wounded during a confrontation at 11th and Seneca Street last night.

St. Joseph police say Minda Miller sustained one life threatening gunshot wound.

St. Joseph police claim the suspect is Michael J. Hadden, 6 feet and 3 inches tall and weights 195 pounds. He is described as bald with green eyes. He's known to be armed and dangerous. He apparently knew the victim.

Police say the two argued out on the street in the 11-Hundred block of 11th Street around 8 o’clock last night. Hadden allegedly pulled a gun and shot Miller. Hadden fled the scene in a car. Miller was rushed to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.
