Robert "Bob" Wayne Everett 76, of St Joseph, MO, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at Mosaic Life Care. He was born December 4, 1946 in St. Joseph, son of Elizabeth and Leonard Everett.
He graduated from Benton High School. Bob retired from Buchanan County as a Maintenance Supervisor at the Courthouse. He enjoyed street racing, attending car and hotrod shows, and collecting street cars.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Donnie, William "Bud", and John Leonard, and sister, Mary Jo Jenkins.
Survivors include: children, Julie Sutton, Randy Maddox, and Jeff Everett of St. Joseph, and Robbie Clark, of Albany, MO, sister, Beverly Kline of Ontario, OR, several grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Bob will be cremated following visitation. A private inurnment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery at a later date.
