Franklin Scott Rucker 56, of St Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at a Kansas City, MO hospital.
He was born July 16, 1969 in St. Paul, MN, son of Ruth and Robert Rucker. He graduated from Lafayette High School, and attended Vatterott College earning a HVAC certificate. On July 20, 2016 he married Roxanne Poland at the Happy Holler Conservation Area. Frank spent many years as a Construction Laborer. His hobbies included fishing, mushroom hunting, metal detecting, and most importantly spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He loved his Rock and Roll, and will be remember for being creative, and a talented crafter.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Leslee Rucker.
Survivors include: wife, Roxanne Rucker of the home, children, Shelby Rucker, Dakota Testerman, Landen Rucker, Dallas Testerman, Austin Warden, Shayla (Reed) Henderson, Isaiah Rucker, Shelden Rucker, and Hayden Rucker, 16 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Rucker has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of his Life will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, April, 24, 2026 at Rupp Funeral Home.
